Planning Administration

Overview

The objective of Administration section is to run the administration in a smooth, efficiently and effectively manner by performing the various functions of the General Administration to maintain Establishment matters as per the rules and regulations.

  • Activities :-

    • The section deals with controlling work, e.g. appointments, promotions, transfers, disciplinary cases, Right to Information cases, Court cases filed by serving/retired employees, leave management, fixation of pay.
    • Allotment of quarters, MACP cases & withdrawal of GPF, etc.
    • To follow the orders issued by the Central Government on establishment matters and Reservation Policies from time to time.
    • To redress the employees’ grievances.
    • Implementation of Official Language – Hindi as per the Government guidelines.
    • Welfare measures for the employees.
    • Payment of telephone, corporate plan mobile bills, and related activities.
  • Corporate Planning & Management Section :-

    • Preparation of MoU with Ministry of Power (MoP).
    • Facilitation in preparation of agenda items and conduction of Standing Committee, Governing Council, and General Body of NPTI, etc.
    • Compilation of monthly progress report.
    • Various communications with MoP.
    • Preparation of Annual Report for MoP and NPTI.
    • Any updation in MoA, Rules & Regulations, and Bye-Laws of NPTI with DIC.
