Being a student of MBA and being a part of power sector for the last 9+ years, I fully acknowledge the role of skills learned in NPTI. I work with EY. In the consulting domain, one has to be adept with problem solving, financial acumen, business perspectives and well versed with the sector regulatory and policy landscape. I feel grateful to kick start my consulting journey with an advanced level of sector-specific knowledge. 

Campus life still makes me nostalgic remembering all the late-night badminton games, group chats and long after dinner walks. With the pinch of extra-curricular activities such as extemporary, annual function, the learning became more fun. I believe the level of bond, we developed during those two years, has remain unbreakable till now. If God grant me one wish, I will really ask for my hostel life.

Education plays a critical role in developing personalities that can shape country’s future. NPTI under the aegis of Ministry of Power has been instrumental in providing education on power sector and playing its all-encompassing role in shaping India’s infrastructural growth. MBA in Power Management is one of the pioneering courses offered by NPTI has laid foundation for holistic development of the students. With a legacy of more than 20 years, it has delivered many sharp management minds not only to Indian power sector but also to other infra sectors. 

Today, the NPTITANS are flag bearers of intense hard work, support, and guidance of beloved faculty members not only in domestic but also in international arena. Industry has also recognised and appreciated gracious contribution of NPTI family. Going beyond academics and nurturing culture of creativity, ownership and empathy has delivered many great leaders which are bonded with passion, trust, and collective problem-solving skills. I am highly indebted to my alma mater. Wishing all the best for continuing the trend of raising passionate leaders.
