An organization's talent is its most critical competitive edge for growth in a fast-changing environment. To further strengthen our capability building initiatives, BSES has signed a 3 year MoU with the National Power Training Institute (NPTI) on June 15, 2023. This agreement was inked by Dr. Prasad Patki (Group CHRO, BSES) and Dr. Manju Mam (Principal Director, NPTI) in the presence of senior officials, including Mr. Sreedhar Venkat (Head-Network Operations, BRPL), Ms. Madhu Bala Kumar (Director, NPTI), and Dr. Indu Maheshwari (Head-NPTI, North Region).

As a pioneering endeavor, this long-term collaboration is aimed at bolstering skill development, knowledge sharing, and capacity building within the power distribution sector. It will focus on cultivating industry expertise and facilitating professional growth. Renowned for its extensive power training programs, NPTI will work hand-in-hand with BSES to develop a customized curriculum that will encompass emerging technologies such as Smart Grid Technologies, Renewable Energy, Advanced Metering Infrastructure, and Distribution Automation, among others.

As we move forward, this partnership is set to offer mutual benefits on several fronts. These range from developing trained manpower resources to fostering a continuous learning culture within our organization. BSES and NPTI will collaboratively identify areas for social development interventions, particularly for those working in the vicinity of BSES. Through this endeavor, we aim to keep the spirit of learning alive!
