Message from Training and Placement Officer

  • It is said, “Great Organizations thrive on Great People. The right people with the right skills can take a company to new heights”.

At the National Power Training Institute (NPTI), this belief drives the rigorous training of our MBA (Power Management) program students, ensuring they are adaptable to the dynamic nature of the Power industry. As a premier institution under the Ministry of Power, we shape future leaders who are equipped to meet the ever-evolving challenges of the Power sector.
Our MBA program goes beyond the fundamentals of Power management by integrating advanced learning in Data Science and Data Analytics / Cyber security and Cloud / Sustainability - areas crucial for addressing the modern challenges of the energy industry. This specialized knowledge enables our students to bridge technical gaps, drive operational efficiency and develop sustainable solutions for a rapidly evolving landscape.
NPTI students gain hands-on experience through internships, live projects and constant industry interaction with leading Power utilities and Energy firms. They also benefit from exposure to emerging technologies, renewable energy trends and energy efficiency measures. By merging technical proficiency with managerial expertise, our graduates are fully equipped to deliver innovative solutions from the moment they join your organization.
We believe our students represent the future of the Power sector, ready to adapt to change and drive transformation. As we approach the placement season, we invite you to engage with our diverse talent pool. We are confident that their blend of practical experience and academic excellence will exceed your expectations.
Please, feel free to reach out to us for further assistance.
