Currently serving as a Deputy Director at the National Power Training Institute (NPTI), Faridabad, with key areas of expertise in Power Management, Business Communication, Performance Management, Human Resource Management, and Strategic Management. Actively contributing as a faculty member for the MBA (Power Management) program and other specialized courses at NPTI. Author of several academic and professional publications for the institute, including books on Procurement Procedures & Contracting, Finance for Non-Finance, and General Management.

Organisational Experience & Skills 

Served as Program Director for numerous mid-career managerial, technical, and promotional training programs for prestigious organizations such as CEA, DTL, WAPCOS, PFC, and MSETCL. Successfully led induction training programs for engineering and executive trainees from GRID-INDIA, UJVNL, Power Grid, CEA, and Jharkhand Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd.
