National Power Training Institute (NPTI) & Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) both under Ministry of Power, Govt. of India organized National Retailer Training Program on “Standards & Labeling” on 10th March 2017 at The Gateway Hotel, Kolkata. The program was inaugurated by Prof (Dr.) R.K. Pandey, Director General, NPTI, Ministry of Power, Govt. of India. The program was started with traditional process of Lighting of Lamp by the Chief Guest and other dignitaries on the dais. Sh. Atish Banerjee, Director delivered the welcome address. Mrs. Meenakshi, Project Engineer, BEE presented overview of the program. Speakers were Mrs. Meenakshi , Project Engineer, BEE, Sh. S.K. Srivastava, Dy. Director, Sh. Dipak Pandit, Dy. Director & Sh. Kamal Nasir, Dy. Director , NPTI. Mrs. A. Indira, Asstt. Director anchored the Program. Program ended with Vote of Thanks offered by Sh. S.K. Srivastava, Dy. Director & Nodal Officer of this Program. Program was attended by about 150 delegates from Retailers like Reliance digital , Switching Centre, Daikin India, Metro Cable, LG Electronics, Havells, Aqua Sub Engineering (Texmo Pumps), Carrier, Debsons Pumps Pvt, Ltd, Shiva Enterprises, Hitachi, Voltas, Samsung, Bharat Bijlee, Sanjiv Goenka Group, D.K. Enterprise, Big-Bazar, Blue star, Crompton Greaves, Plant Service Engineering, Elmech, Kirloskar etc.
